Mike and Kristin and their crack team of contractors delivered a tall order for us. The project was extensive and included a whole-house remodel consisting of removing walls, opening and improving the 1st floor plan, a new state-of-the-art kitchen, remodeling 2.5 baths, an expanded laundry/mudroom, creating a wall of windows family room connected to a new knock-out beamed screen porch overlooking the ponds and turning the 2 car garage into 3.5+ car garage/workshop. Mike also added a first floor master bedroom / ensuite bathroom addition (also overlooking pond wildlife) cleverly designed to easily accommodate our 83 year old widowed parent's current and expected future care needs. All was beautifully and thoughtfully done. Our (now 5 bedroom) home's traditional facade belies the new interior high tech bells and whistles. We recently opened our home for a holiday party and our guests put it best by saying the home was cozy and open at the same time and a great place for a party!

We have had Wade Design & Construction do three projects for us over the last ten plus years. With each project, we put together needs, wants and ideas working within a realistic budget. Customer service was excellent. Moving forward with each project was more organized than the one before making the time frame right on. Of course, with any project, there may be delays. Communication is key. Also, whatever you are doing yourself, be it picking out flooring, marble, painting, etc... Make sure you are ready to go when they are ready for installation to avoid these delays. Wonderful to work with.

We are so happy with WADE Design and Construction. The work they did in our house turned out beautiful. It feels like a brand new home. They were professional, cleaned up the job site daily, communicated well, and always listened to any suggestion we had. We were told it would be about a 6 week project and it was. If the workers were going to come before 8:00 a.m. we were always notified and asked if that would be alright. The remodel of our first floor was a pleasant experience, and if we ever have another remodel job we will hire WADE Design and Construction.

We hired Wade Design for a kitchen remodel, which kind of turned into a first floor remodel. We couldn't be happier! They opened up our kitchen and made it much more user friendly for our family of five. Great design ideas that we never would have thought of as well as helpful tips along the way. The cramped entry way was opened up by removing unused closets and they also replaced most of the flooring on our main level. Wade Design was great about staying on schedule and on budget. We were impressed with the schedule and management of all of the different subs that were needed. The subs were all friendly, professional and experienced. It is a bit chaotic to live in your home during this much construction, but Wade did a great job of keeping the job site clean and leaving our home as usable as possible. Wade Design & Construction did a complete redesign/renovation of our kitchen. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. They are full service, from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. I was 6 months pregnant when they started our reno which included taking down walls, re-routing HVAC, plumbing and electrical and a complete upgrade. I was so nervous to take on a project during this time, but everything went smooth and they were great at communicating every step of the way. The team is really hands on. They care about what they do and the people they do business with. Project management, subcontractors/ partners, and most importantly, the work, is TOP NOTCH.
